remembering the winter

Back in December, as Christmas approached, the signs of winter were becoming more and more evident... bbrrrr
But isn't it lovely how some flowers can survive almost any weather?
Some mornings we would wake up to find the garden and the car like this!

All of these things.. and some other silly little winter things like this (photo by Liam!):

.... not to mention the Christmas present wrapping...

and the decorations on the door...

... meant that Christmas was well and truly on its way...!
