If you ask Liam about his friends in Barcelona, the first name on his lips is: Mariona. So we weren't too surprised when, after asking Liam what did he want to do in Barcelona, he said: "see my friend Mariona". So our day at the zoo was spent with the lovely miss M and her family, much to Liam's delight :)
Malachy was happy to see her again too
So, together the kids played,
and climbed...
... and ran about...
...and basically just hung around!
And so did we!

Could this be a match like Liam and Mariona's? Hmmm, living so far away now, might complicate that, don't you think? ;)
Well, at the end of their play...
...Liam was invited home to Mariona's house for lunch... and off the little pair went :)We'll be back over in Barcelona this summer and hopefully L & M will be able to get together to re-ignite their long-distance romance! We also hope that Ana, Albert, Mariona and Georgina come over to visit us in Dublin some time!
