After our day out at Fota, we got back in time to continue exploring the bay of Kinsale a little further. Audrey pointed us in the direction of this cute little beach.

We don't know what it's called, so we're calling it Jamrobber Cove... and this is what we did there:

Then, our explorations took us a little further afield as we ventured up to James Fort.

Liam and I went on ahead of the rest. He was determined to be a true explorer. When we reached the top of the hill and James Fort loomed ahead, he genuinely thought he had "disovered a hidden castle"!

"It's a real adventure, Mummy... and I'm just like Rupert the Bear!"

From up there, the view of Kinsale is panoramic!

And that's Charles Fort on the other side of the bay.
