We went to Glendalough for the day with abuela when she was over. The camera battery died soon after we arrived at the site of St. Kevin's cell so there aren't too many pix of that day :(

That doesn't mean we didn't have a great time though :)

Why is it that all kids love walking along the top of all low walls? Malachy, of course, is no exception.

Picnicking beside the visitor's centre

Liam and Malachy found some friends and ran around the green for a while

...playing hide and seek behind the trees

... while Lorcan picked some daisies :)

Then we headed down to the river...

Across the bridge...

And up to the monatery, round tower and graveyard site.

... with Abuela!

The rest of the day was great too. We went around the small lake to the big lake and enjoyed an ice-cream and a stroll on the lakeside and in the gardens.

One rainy afternoon we relaxed and watched a movie with abuela.

Zonked out in the attic!

And we did lots of playing in the back garden too...

Time for bed... zzzzzzz
