Our 'Ladies Luncheon' yesterday was a great success! The chef supreme (Jaime!) made us a delicious spread. For starters a yummy hot and cold salad of red lettuce and watercress with mango and avocado topped with spicy escalibada and stir-fried green beans. Then our main course was fish -baked sea bass and gilthead bream- with roast potatoes, tomatoes, courgette and red pepper. All of this coupled with the stuffed red peppers and pat� Nekane brought and Silvia's olive and herb bread, washed down with Laia's Valencian red wine and followed by coffee and Circe's chocolate and banana cake was not a bad way to send Silvia back to work! Hope your first day went ok!
