Chewy Choco Rice Crispie and Raisin Treats


Recipe
Ingredients:
About 8 cups of rice crispies
About 40 marshmallows
About 2 cups of raisins
About 3 tablespoons of margarine
About 2 tablespoons of cocao powder
A couple of squares of dark chocolate
Instructions:
Melt the margarine in a saucepan over a low flame and then add the cocao powder and keep stirring. Gradually throw in the marshmallows and dark chocolate and stir till all melted. In a large bowl, blend the rice crispies and raisins. Stir in the shiny, sticky melted marshmallow mix till all is evenly covered and then spread onto a greased baking tray (or roll into balls and place in small fairy cake papers). Leave to cool (in fridge if room temperature is hot!).
These lovely chewy snacks will go down a treat!
