After many days of beaches and suburbia, the city was calling us... so we hit the streets of Bilbao!

And went to the Guggenheim, of course... because you can never get enough of that place...

There's a cool playground right beside the Guggi... so we took a leisurely play-break right there.

And got some refreshments on the terraza...!

And then played some more....

Then we went back to the gift shop and got some Guggi t-shirts for the boys... which they had to change into immediately, of course!

After that we took a tram trip to the Euskalduna to eat at Uncle Nacho's restaurant.

mmmm!

After lunch, we headed back into town on the tram...

And made our way past the Arriaga theatre into the Casco Viejo...

*I hardly ever ask them to pose... you'd think they could muster up a better expression than this!!!! They were having a good time, I swear!!!*

This is what happens when you let a 2-year-old, a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old play with your sunglasses once too often!!!!

Good thing they were a cheapo pair... and I promptly forgave them ;)
