The parents' association at Liam's school organised a Christmas "merienda" on the last day of school before the Christmas hols. Liam and I made some absolutely scrummy oatmeal and raisin cookies and tasty Christmas squares which were immediately devoured by the little Pere Vila lads and lasses!
