Later, in the hope that they would calm down and go to sleep, we go the kids into their pyjamas. But the excitement was too much for them and we ended up taking them home shortly after midnight... probably their latest night ever! They proptly fell asleep in our arms as soon as we left the building. Luckily, we live just down the road!
